Hiura Kosuke

Partner of Phoenix Accounting Group/Representative of Singapore and Malaysia Office/ JICPA member

Mr Hiura started his career as an accounting professional at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC’s Sapporo office, primarily engaged in statutory audits for financial institutions, retailers, construction companies and power utilities. His other responsibilities included various non-audit assignments such as IPO support and IFRS introduction support. In September 2014, he started working at Ernst & Young LLP Singapore as a locally hired accountant and was primarily engaged in statutory audits for Japanese and local companies. Subsequently, he joined Phoenix Accounting Singapore Pte Ltd as a director, and personally oversees all services to Japanese clients regarding their incorporation and accounting/tax support.

Tomiyama Naoya

Japanese Accountant of Malaysia Office /JICPA member

In September 2007, he joined Tohmatsu LLC. In addition to statutory audit work for the steel, retail, and temporary staffing industries, he also engaged in J-SOX implementation support work. In October 2011, he worked at a tax accountant corporation, where he was in charge oftax-related work mainly for listed companies, as well as consolidated financial statement support work, and in April 2017, he worked in the finance department of a major comprehensive real estate company, where he was in charge of general accounting work, mainly consolidated financial statements. In 2023, he joined Phoenix Malaysia, where he provides services to Japanese clients in corporate establishment, accounting and tax support.

Fukushima Kyoko

Japanese Accountant of Singapore and Malaysia Office/JICPA associate

After graduating from university, Ms. Fukushima joined AZSA LLC (KPMG Japan) and was primarily engaged in statutory audits for a wide variety of industries such as the construction, manufacturing and service industries. Subsequently, she was employed under a listed company in Japan and was mainly responsible for SPC accounting, financial reporting, tax returns and J-SOX compliance etc. Since joining Phoenix Accounting Singapore Pte Ltd, she has been responsible for supporting numerous Japanese companies' efforts to expand into Singapore by providing accounting and tax support.

Sakata Hiroaki

Japanese Accountant of Malaysia Office/US CPA member

He started his career as an accounting professional at PwC Aarata LLC (PwC Japan LLC), where he was engaged in statutory audit for the information/communications and manufacturing industries, as well as IT-related internal control and internal audit support services. Subsequently, he worked for a major financial institution in Japan, where he was involved in IT planning related to compliance/AML and internal audit for the global division. In 2024, he joined Phoenix Malaysia and providing client relation support for incorporation in Malaysia, accounting and tax.
